Booking enquiries

Please contact us to make a booking or for any enquiries. If you would like to talk with us directly you can call during office hours (07) 825 6522. Or alternatively you can email us and we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours, info@raglanboatcharters.co.nz.  Our office hours are

9am-3pm in the winter (April-October) and 8am-7pm (November-March).

Making a booking

 

Please note to confirm a group booking for a Private Charter we require a flat $300 deposit. Tour Operators may seek alternative situation based on consult. When your deposit is received we consider your booking confirmed – until then we operate on a first in first served basis. In the case of bank deposits we allow 3 working days for the deposit to be processed after which the booking is not guaranteed to be held.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Online and Bank Deposits to secure your booking.

The boat is equipped with Eftpos and Credit Card Facilities onboard.

All bookings must be paid in full before the scheduled sailing unless prior arrangements or deposit  has been made.

Special Promotions, Coupons and Promo Codes can be entered as form of Payment.

All Open Dated Agent Vouchers will have to be redeemed manually by contacting our office

Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds

Group charter bookings require a flat $300 non-refundable deposit. Group bookings may reschedule charter dates with no loss on their deposit as long as the postponement is 3 weeks prior to actual booking (subject to availability).

In the event that Raglan Boat Charters must cancel a scheduled sailing/accommodation booking due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances we will refund the customer in full.

Sunset Harbour Cruise Cancellation Policy (non-group bookings)
For individual cruise bookings such as the sunset cruise, that are cancelled 48 hours prior to departure,  the option to reschedule will be given or a refund.

If the booking is cancelled 48-24 hours prior to departure, no refund will be issued however the booking may be rescheduled for another time.

No refunds or reschedule options are available to bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to departure.

Booking confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed you should receive a confirmation email or SMS (where possible).Instructions on departure time, address and Special Instructions such as dress for the weather and Children must be supervised at all times. Please arrive 15 min prior to departure for boarding. There are refreshments on the upper deck available for purchase.

Wharf directions & Transport Options

Wahine Moe (Sleeping Lady) Boat operates from the Raglan Wharf located at the end of Wallis Street by the historic cement silo’s. The boat sits directly in front of the Raglan Fish Market at 92 Wallis Street. Boarding ramp to the right side of the wharf.

Main Highway 23 runs directly into Raglan’s Township. The main shopping village is on Bow Street and Wallis Street crosses this near the end of Bow street on the right hand side opposite the Raglan Library. Follow Wallis Street until it comes to a dead end at the Wharf.

Please allow ample time to secure parking during peak season.

Rates

Prices are in NZ dollars & include G.S.T. Prices are subject to change so please check with us to confirm rates.

Low season rates are valid from May- October. High Season rates are valid November – March.
